Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer refunds and exchanges for all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unstained, have original tags attached, and are returned in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Time Frame

Domestic and International Returns: Accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items received after this period will not be accepted.

Pre-Order Returns

Must be initiated within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Procedures

To start a return, you can contact us at returns@buffstuds.com.au

Provide details of the item and your reason for the return.

Ensure the item remains in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with tags attached.

Send the item back to our specified warehouse address; customers cover the shipping costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed.

Allow up to 1 week for processing once the item is received at our warehouse.

Afterpay Returns

For orders placed using Afterpay, once the refund has been processed, it will appear in your Afterpay account. Any due refunds will be credited back to the card used for the original payment.

Damages and issues

We strive to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, faulty or wrong item, please contact us immediately and send us 2-3 high quality photos so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Please note: Minor loose threads — especially at hem seams — are a normal result of garment production and are not considered defects unless they compromise the integrity of the garment (e.g. unravelling seams or holes). These small details do not impact wearability or durability.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
