Shipping policy
Expected range of time for customers to receive all orders are within 4-6 weeks from date of purchase and international orders requiring an additional 1-2 weeks.
Domestic Shipping
Aus Post Standard (2-6 business days): $10 AUD
Aus Post Express (1-3 business days): $15 AUD
International Shipping
New Zealand Standard: (4-7 business days): 20 AUD
United States of America Standard (5-9 business days): $25 AUD
Canada Standard (5-9 business days): $25 AUD
International customers can shop on our website using their local currency by selecting their preferred currency from the options available in the website header. If your desired currency is not listed, transactions will be processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We apologise as we do not offer express international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress through the carrierβs website.
